Initiate Your Return
Log in to your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, components, and assembly instructions are included to qualify for a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
